You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The product is damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item.
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and clear photos of the product.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom or personalized products.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items returned without original packaging.
Products returned after the return period has expired.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong or damaged product.
